Vegan Peach Strudel


I love strudel. It's like pie and croissant in one. And it goes with any fillings. It's super simple if you use store bought vegan puff pastry as well!

INGREDIENTS;
Store Bought Puff Pastry or homemade ( https://www.deliciouseveryday.com/vegan-puff-pastry/ )
3-4 Peaches
Flour
Cinnamon
Cardamom
Sugar

DIRECTIONS;
1. Preheat oven to 180 C.

2. Roll out the puff pastry.

3. Cut the peaches and mix them with some flour, cinnamon, cardamom and some sugar.

4. Add the peach mix to the puff pastry and tuck in the sides before rolling it together. Use some soy milk or butter to brush the pastry and pour some sugar on the roll.  Leave in the oven for 25-30 minutes until it's golden brown.

5. Let cool before cutting it into slices, top with some powdered sugar. Enjoy!
