Vegan Cookie Dough Brownies


Two desserts in one, what could possible be wrong with that? And what could possible be better? Well, a scoop of ice cream would definitely make it better, but they're great on their own as well. 
These beauties are easy to make and so easy to eat until you pass out. Win win.



RECIPE;


For the cookie dough;
130 Grams of Non-Dairy Butter
6 Tbsp of Brown Sugar
6 Tbsp of Powdered Sugar
Pinch of Salt
0,7 DL of Non-Dairy Milk
1 tsp of Vanilla Powder
3 DL of All Purpose Flour
Chocolate Chunks/Chios

For the brownie;
2 DL of Flour
2 DL of Sugar
0,5 tsp of Baking Powder
6 Tbsp of Cocoa Powder
1 Tsp of Vanilla Powder
Pinch of Salt
0,5 DL of Melted Non-Dairy Butter or Oil of your choice
0,5 DL of Water or Milk

Directions;


1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celcius and grease a baking tin or line with parchment paper.

2. Start with the cookie dough, mix all the ingredients except for the flour together. Once it's mixed, start adding the flour. Once it's done, fill the bottom of the baking tin with the cookie dough.

3. On to the brownie, mix all the dry ingredients first, and then add in the wet ones.

4. Leave in the oven for about 20-35 minutes, then let cool and serve with ice cream or enjoy on their own!
