Vegan Cinnamon Bun Cake


I love cinnamon buns. And I love cake. So why not a cinnamon bun cake? This cake is so moist (sorry) and delicious. The cinnamon and cardamom really gives it a hearty feel, perfect for any day! 
My cake broke but I hide it with icing and cinnamon shhh

Ingredients;
85 grams Vegan Butter/Coconut oil
1,5 DL / 0,6 Cups Sugar
1,5 DL / 0,6 Cups All-Purpose Flour
0,5 DL / 0,2 Cups Starch ( Potato Starch)
1,5 tsp Vanilla Powder
1 tsp Baking Powder
2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Cardamom

Directions;
1. Preheat the oven to 175 C (347 F) and prepare a baking tin.

2. Melt the butter and add the milk, set aside.

3. Mix together all the dry ingredients, then add the wet to the dry and whisk until no lumps.

4. Pour into the baking tin and let sit in the oven for about 15-20 minutes.

5. Let the cake cool. Top with cinnamon and granulated sugar. If you want to add icing, just mix powdered sugar and a tiny bit of water until the right consistency, and sizzle over the cake.
