Vegan Deep Dish Chocolate Chip Cookie


























 If you're a fan of soft cookies like me, it doesn't get better than this. It's so easy to throw together and it's perfect with a scoop of ice cream or two. Oh I personally think chocolate chunks goes better than chocolate chips in this one, since the chocolate chunks are a bit bigger and melts more into the cake. Yum!



INGREDIENTS;

4 DL  of All Purpose Flour
2 Tsps of Baking Powder
Pinch of Salt
1 DL Of White Sugar
1 DL of Brown Sugar
1 DL of Oil of your Choice (I used rapeseed oil)
0,5 DL of Non-Dairy Milk
Chocolate Chunks or Chips

DIRECTIONS;
1. Preheat the oven to 180 Degrees Celcius and prepare a baking tin/ skillet and grease it.

2.  Mix all the dry ingredients together in one bowl, and then all the wet ones in another. Pour the wet ones into the dry ones and mix until it's all combined, I usually use my hands for this. Then add in the chocolate chunks/chips.

3. Spread the dough evenly in the baking tin/skillet and leave in the oven for about 20-30 minutes, until golden brown.

4. Let cool and enjoy with ice cream!
