Vegan Funfetti Pancakes with Funfetti Cream Cheese Whip
INGREDIENTS;
For the pancakes;
5 Dl of All-Purpose Flour
5 Dl of All-Purpose Flour
1 TBSP of Baking Powder
1 TBSP of Sugar
2 TSP of Vanilla Powder
2,5 DL of Non-Dairy Milk
1,5 DL of Water
Sprinkles of your choice - I used Baking Time Clubs
Non-Dairy Butter to fry in
For the cream cheese whip;
2 DL of Non-Dairy Whipped Cream
0,5 DL of Non-Dairy Cream Cheese - I used Bute Island
0,5 DL of Sugar
Sprinkes
Directions;
1. Mix all the dry ingredients together and then add in the wet ones.
2. Add a bit of butter to the pan and wait until it starts sizzling. Once it has stopped sizzling, add some of the pancake batter. Fry on both side until golden brown.
3. Whip the cream, add in the sugar halfways. Once whipped and in the cream cheese and sprinkles. Spread between every pancakes and top with.
4. Enjoy!
