Blueberry Blondies
White chocolate, blueberries & ice cream is meant to be. This combination just can't fail. And the extra blueberry flavor added by Khosain Teas Blueberry Powder makes it even better. YUM!
INGREDIENTS;
3-4 DL of Flour, depending on how gooey you want them
2 DL of Sugar
2 Tsp of Vanilla Powder or Essence
2 Tsp of Vanilla Powder or Essence
2 Tsps of Baking Powder
1 DL of Vegetable Oil, or Non-Dairy Butter
1,5 DL of Non-Dairy Milk
50-100 Grams of White Chocolate, I used about 50 but you could definitely add more
About 1 DL / 0,5 Cups of Blueberries
2 Tsp of Khoisans Tea Blueberry Powder
1 DL of Vegetable Oil, or Non-Dairy Butter
1,5 DL of Non-Dairy Milk
50-100 Grams of White Chocolate, I used about 50 but you could definitely add more
About 1 DL / 0,5 Cups of Blueberries
2 Tsp of Khoisans Tea Blueberry Powder
DIRECTIONS;
1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C. Prepare a baking tin.
2. Mix all the dry ingredients together before adding in the wet ones. Mix until no lumps and smooth, then add in the chopped white chocolate and roll the blueberries in flour before adding them to the batter and mix.
4. Bake for about 20 minutes, more if you want them less gooey.
