Vegan Rum Brownies with Caramel Sauce
This combo is heavenly, trust me. I don't really like rum, but put it in a brownie and I'm all over it.
INGREDIENTS;
1,5 DL of Non-Dairy Butter or Oil
1,5 DL of Non-Dairy Milk, I used Soy
3-4 DL of Flour, depending on how gooey you want them
100 Grams of Chocolate
2 DL of Sugar
1 Tsp of Vanilla Powder
2 Tsp of Baking Powder
1 Tbsp of Rum (you can use more or less depending on how much rum flavor you want)
Pinch of Salt

43. Make the caramel sauce. Mix together all of the ingredients except for butter in a sauce pan and let it boil and bubble for about 10 minutes, then add in the butter and stir it in. Set aside to cool.
