Vegan Peanut Butter Cups
These are so easy to make. Too easy almost. And better then store bought, tbh.
INGREDIENTS;
200 Grams of Non-Dairy Chocolate (easily make more by using more chocolate, or less for less cups)
1 Tsp of Coconut Oil
Peanut Butter
1 Tsp of Coconut Oil
Peanut Butter
Salted Peanuts (Optional)
DIRECTIONS;
1. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together. Put a bit of the melted chocolate in a little muffin wrapper, then add a dollop of peanut butter and 2-3 peanuts and cover with more chocolate.
2. Put in the freezer for about an hour or so.
3. Enjoy! Too easy right?
