Vegan Oreo & Peanut Butter Cup stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies


Well. Vegans are so healthy. Hehe. At least there's no cholesterol in them, right?



                                                                    INGREDIENTS; 

2 DL of Flour
1/2 Tsp of Baking Powder
Pinch of Salt
0,5 DL of Brown Sugar
0,5 DL of White Sugar
2 Tbsp of Non-Dairy Milk
2 Tbsp of Oil or Non-Dairy Butter
1 Tsp of Vanilla
Chocolate Chunks or Chips

DIRECTIONS;

1. Mix all of the dry ingredients together before adding in the wet ones, then add in the chocolate chips.

2. Let the cookie dough rest in the fridge for a while, preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celcius.

3. Take a piece of the cookie dough and flatten in your hand. Place an oreo or peanut butter cup on it and then cover with another piece of cookie dough. Make sure to cover it with cookie dough. It might be easier if you flour your hands so the cookie dough doesnt stick to your hands.

4. Bake for about 15-20 minutes.
