Vegan Chocolate Mud Pie


A delicious, rich, chocolate pie. I think I would make it with vegan milk chocolate next time, since I like a sweeter pie - But if you like a rich and dark chocolate flavor, this is perfect for you!


INGREDIENTS;

For the bottom;
About half a package of Digestives cookies, or cookies of your choic
50 grams of Non-Dairy Butter

For the mud pie;
200 Grams of Dark or Milk Chocolate
1 Package (2 DL) of Non-Dairy Whipped Cream (not whipped!)

Toppings:
Whipped Cream
Grated Chocolate

DIRECTIONS:

1. Crush the cookies and add in the butter, mix until combined. Press the cookie bottom into a prepared baking tin. 

2.  Heat up the cream in a saucepan, and add in the chocolate once hot. Stir until combined and creamy.

3. Pour the chocolate filling onto the cookie bottom in the baking tin and put in the freezer for about 1-2 hour, until hardened. 

4. Cut into slices and serve with whipped cream or ice cream and some grated chocolate. Enjoy!
