Vegan Cookie Dough Covered Ice Cream
This needs no description. I mean, look at it! You know you'll like it, and you know that you'll eat too many of them. No regrets.
INGREDIENTS;
About 100-150 Grams of Non Dairy Butter
2 DL of Brown Sugar
1-2 Tbsp of Non-Dairy Milk (add more if needed)
2 DL of All Purpose Flour
1 Tsp of Vanilla Powder
Pinch of Salt
Chocolate Chips or Chocolate Chunks
Non-Dairy Ice Cream
DIRECTIONS;
1. Mix the butter with the milk, brown sugar and vanilla powder. Once it's mixed, add the flour and salt and mix again, then add in the chocolate chips/chunks.
2. Grab a piece of the cookie dough and flatten it in your hand, add a bit of ice cream and put onto the flattened cookie dough. Then cover the ice cream with the cookie dough, and put on a plate with parchment papper. Make sure not to take too long so the ice cream melts in the cookie dough!
3. Put the ice cream cookie dough thingys in the freezer for about 1 hour.
4. (ADDITIONAL) Melt some non-dairy chocolate and dip the cookie dough in the chocolate, then leave in the freezer for another 30 minutes.
