Vegan Chocolate Protein Pancakes


23 Grams of Protein in these beauties, can you belive that? I topped them with coconut chocolate sauce & dried strawberries! BUT WHERE DO YOU GET YOUR PROTEIN!?!??!?!


INGREDIENTS;

5 Dl of All-Purpose Flour
1 TBSP of  Baking Powder
1 TBSP of Sugar
2 TSP of Vanilla Powder
2,5 DL of Non-Dairy Milk
1,5 DL of Water
1 or 2 Scoops of Vegan Protein Powder - My favourite to use is Better You's Gainer which is oat, hemp & pumpkinseed protein.
Non-Dairy Butter to fry in
Directions;

1. Mix all the dry ingredients together and then add in the wet ones.

2. Add a bit of butter to the pan and wait until it starts sizzling. Once it has stopped sizzling, add some of the pancake batter. Fry on both side until golden brown.

3. Top with toppings of your choice! For the coconut chocolate sauce simply mix some powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, non-dairy milk, coconut oil and cocoa powder in a saucepan and heat up and stir.

4. Enjoy!
