Vegan Chocolate Muffins


I love muffins. Mainly because they're SO easy and you can just put whatever you want in them, as well with topping them with whatever you please. Pictured is filled with oreos, peanut butter & pineapple/cooconut and topped with melted chocolate.
Here is my favourite go to chocolate muffin recipe!


RECIPE;

100 Grams of Non-Dairy Butter
2,5 DL of White Sugar
2,5 DL of Non-Dairy Milk
3 DL of All-Purpose Flour
1,5 Tsps of Baking Powder
1 DL of Cocoa Powder
Fillings of your choice

Directions;
1. Preheat the oven to 225 Degrees C.

2. Whip the butter and sugar. Then add the rest of the ingredients to a smooth batter.

3. Pour the batter into the muffin cups and put in the oven for 15 minutes.

4. Let cool and enjoy!
