Vegan 2 Ingredient Chocolate Mousse
This is probably the best chocolate mousse I've ever had. It's SO fluffy and melts in your mouth, absolutely delicious! And it's extremely easy to make!
RECIPE for 2 servings
1,5 DL Aquafaba
100 grams of Chocolate
Directions;
1,5 DL Aquafaba
100 grams of Chocolate
Directions;
1. Whisk the aquafaba until it's stiff.
2. Melt the chocolate in a microwave or over the stove.

3. Mix in the aquafab into the melted chocolate, mix until there's no white in the mixture.
4. Pour in two cups/glas and leave in the fridge for an hour or two.
5. Enjoy!
Is it sweet enough? And aquafaba, that's bean juice? That said, I predict that I could eat that every day.
