Vegan Pina Colada Pie
Well, there's no alcohol in this, but you can always serve it with a glas of whatever you prefer. Still, delicious with our without alcohol! And perfect for summer, especially with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
INGREDIENTS;
(you can double this recipe, depending on the size of your baking tin)
125 Grams of Non-Dairy Butter or Margarine
2 DL of Flour
1 DL of Sugar
Pineapple
Shredded Coconut
Some cinnamon or cardemom - optional
DIRECTIONS;
1. Preheat the oven to 180 Degrees C and grease a baking tin with some butter.
2. Mix all the ingredients together until crumbly and all mixed. Put the pie crust in the baking tin and push it out to cover the bottom.
3. Cut up some pineapple chunks and put it on top of the pie crust, and then cover with shredded coconut.
4. Bake for about 10-20 minutes, keep track until golden-ish.
5. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream! Enjoy!
